The Hold On Tight shelf by Colleen & Eric is a clever piece allowing you to store whatever amount of books with ease thanks to a built in sliding bookend. Simple, easy on the eyes, and essentially fail proof. Finally, a free floating shelf where you can pull out any book without the threat of total collapse.

As for the Hold On Loosely shelf by .38 Special, well, it still needs some work. After all, it’s just a piece of plywood held up by someone’s classic rock loving dad, a Guitar Hero controller and a piece of scotch tape.

Holy Chardonnay, Christopher Columbus. That’s one hell of a living space. As much as I try to pride myself on my limited amount of things (pffft, who am I kidding?), the idea of trying to cram everything I own into a living space like this gives me genuine anxiety. Then again, as wonderful as a pseudo 24-room apartment sounds, this is a place that can only truly be enjoyed by someone who is really really REALLY neat. Because one sock on the floor is going to screw up the function of your entire home. And let’s face it. I have more than one sock on my floor. Anyway, I wonder how heavy those shelves and walls get to push around, especially when you’re enjoying a bowl of popcorn on the couch and you start choking on a kernel. I mean, it’s not really a good time to struggle with opening the kitchen.

And where’s the potty?

…Someone had to ask.

And that’s not even half of it. That’s right, there’s plenty more candy to eat. And while I do think this chart does an excellent job with both its organization and suggestions, I’m gonna have to go ahead and draw the conclusion that you should go ahead and eat all of the candy. And by you, I mean me. And by should, I mean will. First up? All the chalk flavors and then maybe some Fun-Dip. But just for the edible stick. Yeah, edible stick! I wonder if this could count as an edible stick (lk-em-stick?) endorsement so the makers of Fun-Dip can stock me up with a lifetime stick supply for my raving efforts. That would totally be the happiest day of my life.

Wires and cords are ugly. Boo ugly wires and cords! But they can be pretty. Yay pretty wires and cords! Stupid socks. I don’t understand how of all the things I own, the things that I lose are one part of a pair. It’s gotten to the point where so many of my “good socks” have been split up and I’m left with no other choice to look stupid with mixed pairs. That’s not much of a problem for me since I probably already look like I just roll out of bed, but wearing one knee high sock and one ankle sock feels more wrong than underwear outside of my pants. Not that I’ve ever made that mistake… twice…

I’m not really one to follow a recipe, let alone create one, but these cards kind of stuck with me. Mostly because of the asparagus. Ok, completely because of the asparagus. I’m hypnotized! It’s simply beyond genius and I just want to wrap my head around the concept. An asparagus… in underwear. It’s excellent. It’s brilliant. It’s…it’s partially naked! Nobody else has nipples but this asparagus does (and a belly button!). So I thought about it, and I considered the pros and cons of hosting it here on the Dairy. I came to the conclusion that there are no cons because nearly naked asparagus is so cool.

That’s when I found this.

Now that’s asparagus that won’t take shit from no one. Just look at the sunglasses. He doesn’t even care that he’s not wearing pants! Plus, he’s changed his underwear, so you know he practices good hygiene. Not that it would even matter. He’s that cool.

Alright, I’m over the asparagus. Go buy it in recipe card or print form from the MyZoetrope Etsy shop.
