The Snuggle Suit Vs. The Snuggle Suit – Who Will Win?

Remember the Snuggle Suit, JCPenney’s giant middle finger to the Snuggie? Well, it looks like it has been challenged by yet another product that claims to be a “snuggle suit,” except this bitch totally has feet. Can you smell that? That’s the smell of death and destruction in the ring of Nikkita’s Inanimate Object Battle Royale-athon!!!!!!
It’s been a little while since we’ve had some crappy gimmicks throw down, so I’d like to preface this with a simple warning to all families with young children and people who like really soft things. These fights never end pretty. Let’s observe.
First off, the Hoodie-Footie Snuggle Suit has an advantage for being a hoodie versus being a robe. The zipper allows for a clean closure to the garment, therefore keeping all things inside with limited chance of your PJs opening up and exposing yourself. Also, the Hoodie-Footie is more fitted and is therefore more fitting for moving, running, kicking and fancy back flips.
Now, the original Snuggle Suit has exposed feet. Cold? Sure, but assuming all fights take place on linoleum or hard wood floors, the Hoodie-Footie has no chance of recovering on its slippery sock feet after it is kicked down by the robed Snuggle master. But what’s this? The Hoodie-Footie Snuggle Suit can remove its lower socked extensions? Oh, snap Original. You going down. Plus, it’s marshmallow soft and whoever doesn’t want to wear something that soft is seriously disturbed.
So in conclusion, the fight would be brutal, but let’s be serious. Which one of these atrocities can you actually leave the house in to get the paper and not be irreversibly humiliated? Hands down the original Snuggle Suit. Because even though the Hoodie-Footie Snuggle Suit is possibly a better product, the original Snuggle Suit does not make you look like you slept in and missed the short bus to school.
Go, Snuggle Suit, go!
