Because Toshiba knows a thing or two about awesome marketing, they sent a chair to space. Ok, so they didn’t put it on a rocket or anything, but they did tie it to a helium balloon and dang, those can go pretty high. Though I’m pretty sure this would have been equally, if not more, effective if they would have just seated David Bowie on it. You know what they say about Bowie in space. He’s… in space!
