Cassette Tape Ties
By nikkita | November 9, 2009

Letting go is hard to do, especially when it’s something you love. And while your car may no longer be equipped with a tape deck, it doesn’t mean that you have to let go of the cassette tape. Though after a long day of work and being fancy, you should probably take it off.
These recycled ties by Alyce Santoro and Julio Cesar are made with 50% and 50% recorded audio cassette tape. That’s right recorded. Granted it’s pretty much just urban ambiance and you can’t really listen to it, but next time someone tries to one-up your style you can slam them with a simple “Does your tie sound like a subway? Yeah, I didn’t think so. ”
Recycled Cassette Tape Neckties are available from Supermarket for $90.00.
