Shacklies Prevent Umbrella Theft

Umbrellas are pretty great. Definitely an item we take for granted. That is until some jerk steals it from us. What gives? We just didn’t want to track all this water into the place and you up and steal our shit? Curse you! Moving on. There has to be a solution to umbrella theft and I’m pretty sure it’s the Shacklie, an umbrella that can be shackled into place till you’re ready to take it back out on the town. Just don’t forget the key. So uh, can we make this concept a reality like, um, right now? Thanks.
