Rainbow Cake

And I thought the rainbow cupcakes that Sarah and I made for Joe’s birthday were the shit, well, clearly, I was very wrong. So very wrong. Because this cake is beautiful and say what you will about the abundance of icing, I’m still convinced it tastes like heaven (baby angels included). Want to make a rainbow cake for yourself (i.e. me)? Then head on over to Whisk Kid for the recipe. And no, you don’t have to use that much icing. They just wanted to make it pretty. Chillax, man!
