Giant Felt Whale

So where do I even begin with this 52 ft long felted sperm whale? Well, for one it’s 52 ft long. It’s a scale model of a sperm whale. And yes, it’s totally covered in felt. Interestingly enough, it’s felt skin is more like a tailored suit complete with seam, zippers and barnacles. Wait, huh?
Ah. Fair enough.
Mocha Dick is a not so nautical creation of Philadelphia artist Tristin Lowe. I’m guessing I won’t be allowed to bring this inflatable to the pool, will I? Aw, shucks.
