Being a musical elitist is tough. Exhausting, really. Why do people have to expect you to dumb down to their level when obviously you first started listening to Miles Davis in the womb. I mean, except the ones who have out-elited you, in which case, you’re no better than that one guy who just discovered The Beatles after only listening to The Dave Matthews Band for the past decade.
