UtiliTILE: Forked Up

Here’s an interesting way to store your silverware if you don’t have a lot of room to spare. This lacquered wall tile has already cut slots to fit all of your utensils, leaving your kitchen walls looking a bit like a rage target. Don’t worry, you won’t need to explain anything. As soon as your guests see this set up, they’ll make sure to keep their mouthes shut. And don’t worry about your spoons slipping out to go take off with the dish. Magnets hold the utensils in place.
I like the idea of leaving my guests guessing just how crazy I am. But what happens when I invite someone over who’s more of a nut case than myself? Hopefully they’ll be a lazy nut (like a chestnut, perhaps) and won’t want to help me do the dishes by hurling all my kitchen accessories at the wall. I’d greatly appreciate that.
The UtiliTILE: Forked Up is available in both white and natural for $300.00. If you’re good for it, head on over to DesignPublic.
